Located in Borcka district of Artvin province, Black Lake is one of the beauties of the Black Sea, reminiscent of paradise. Borcka Black Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, was formed as a result of a landslide near the Klaskur Plateau. In 2002, the Council of Ministers declared the area as a nature park. Borcka Black Lake Nature Park has an area of 368 hectares. The lake and its surroundings are 5 hectares.
