It is one of the ideal spots in the city center for viewing the city. The castle, which does not have a neat plan, is built on a natural hill with a height of 150 meters. The entrance gate of the inner castle, which was built of smooth cut stone and rubble stone, is in the east. It has five semicircular towers. Lower Castle; While it was surrounded by ramparts extending from the inner castle to the northeast and northwest directions and reaching to the sea, some of the western walls and some tower remains remain today.

It is on the way to become one of the important tourism centers of the future, with its location surrounded by the highlands of Meles, Petran, Kabahor and Garzavan, as well as the cultural effects of being in a transition zone.

MAIDEN'S CASTLE

Pazar is built on a small peninsula to the west of the town centre. The castle, which is located on a rocky ground, has been cut off from the land. The neat stonework on its walls is striking. Although the exact date of construction is unknown, it is thought to have been used in the 13th or 14th centuries. Today it stands with a single watchtower.
